What the hell Bihar ministers and MPs doing in parliament?

Do you know what is the percentage of bihari soldier in indian defence sector? You will say No idea. Don,t worry i would not say get idea!. Bihar province sends 11 per cent of the total indian army, navy, and air force to guard the country from any external threat. whether it is the matter to fight with pakistani army or their allied group Lashkare-e-Toiba or catch the soumalian pirates in india sea. But do you know what we get in return Our honorable home minister says that if we consider south and west of our country we are growing very fast.

Let me bring your attention about the defense project. Hindustan aeronautics Limited(HAL) head office is in Bangalore in south. All the plant related to aircraft whether it is assembled or manufactured are in south. ISRO no need to give the full form of this also in south. similarly all the project related to satellite launch are there in south. do you know why all these projects are in south because most of the indian finance minister were or are from the south. They think india is divided into to parts south west and north east, and push the project into south or west. And our MPs or minister like daily wages worker who just go in parliament sit there get their daily allowance and come back.

Take another example NTPC which we say the maharatna of india, also generate electricty mostly for the west and south state. But the big question is what the hell the ministers of bihar or MPs of bihar are doing. why they don,t disrupt the working of parliament? why they don't demand there should be equality in projects as well. if not equal then the difference should not be more than 5 per cent.

Do you want to see more partiality? i will one more example for you. Take special economic zone(SEZ). India where we say there is unity in diversity, there are 561 SEZs proposed bihar has not got a single SEZ. Again Aandra pradesh has got around 130, similar figure is for other south state and Gujrat along with Maharastra. And when our lame duck prime minister go in bihar he says what ever the growth is there its of center money. And our MPs and people of bihar clap on his speech. Why people of bihar did not throw rotten eggs on him. I pay around 30000 per annum as my incom tax which goes directly to central govt. Similarly every company whether its IT, mecharnical, civil, or any other sector 10-15 per cent hail from bihar and pay the similar type of taxes.

Why our minister Laloo joker, Pashwan, and nitish kumar did not make the railways project hubs in the bihar when they were railway minister as south is hub of defence project today. Why pashwan did not start electicity project when he was koyla minsiter where today bihar is facing linkage problem? Why Pashwan did not open Cable and instument industry in Bihar when he was sanchar minister? Because they do not have will and wish to fight in parliament and get the project for bihar. If they can not fight for bihar they do not rights to be our representative of bihar. Why our MPs did not force to resign P. Chitambram when he talked about only development of west and south state.

Similarly if i ask you where is National chemical laboratory? ans is in pune maharastra

where is ONGC maharatna? Mumbai maharastra

Where are proposed nuclear power plant? south and west

Examples are infinite. We had one pusa polytechnic in bihar later it was shifted to delhi. Our minister and leader just fight to each other and suffer we people. and most of the project goes to south and west. We have only 5 airports in bihar out of only 1 is functional its situation is pathetic. why airport authority of india doing partiality. Does not our income tax contribution goes to AAI for airport developemnt. Any company if they have plan to setup company in bihar , will their MD or CEO travel by Indian rail? Our NHAI(national authority of india) does not make the national highways of their share in bihar and bihar government spend crores of rupees on that.

But i would not blame to those authority much as i say to our useless politician who does not fight for right to equality in case of development. Is it not enough to learn them that why two strong anti government group ULFA and maoist active in North and East, which is not developed. At last i would like to say to our leader still you have time to voice and develop our state other the day are not very far when situation like middle east will come in Bihar when more than 60 per cent of bihar population would be young group of 15-55 years of age. And if they do not get job they will not have other options than to take control in their hand.

Comment by Shalu Sharma on April 5, 2011 at 1:28am: I would like to know what Meira Kumar is doing? She has been winning the parliament seat from Sasaram for years and before that it was her father Jagjivan Ram. She is the most influential of all Bihar MP's being the speaker of the Lok Sabha.

If nitish kumar get approveed bihar annual outlay from 18000 crore to 24000 in 20 minutes meeting why whole MPs can not do this?If jharkhand, chhatisgarh, utrakhand state MPs demand can give them the seperate state then why can we not get projects. Second thing we can not take things in our hand. Because if we go directly to our PM we will not be allowed to meet him. Thats why in democracy MPs are elected to put our problem with government. But yes we should force our MPs to demand equal rights in parliament.

First priority should be given to this sector. Chalu ji aisa kuchh jaruri nhi hai bade udyog hone chahiye chhote udyod ke liye. Even apne ko small aur medium industry par hi jyada dene ke jarurat hai. same investment me isme jyada job create hote hai agar ham bade industry se compare kare to. Abhi jo USA jo devoloped country hai around 65 per cent people work in small and medium industry. Almost same bat sahi hai south korea ke liye. road sector ya bridge sector me aap jyada job nhi de payenge jab tak road ban rha hai job hai uske bad maintance me jyada job nhi ban pata. but agar aap ko industry set up karte hai to usme life time ke liye job create hote hai. jha tak education me aap jyada se jyada teacher, librarian etc ko hi job de sakte lekin ye koi business model nhi hai. kyoki kisi bhi sector ko jab tak business se nhi jodenge vo sector boom nhi ho sakta. Jo aap chini mil band ho gye hai unko hame start karne me abhi bahut hi problem hai. Jo bhi sugar factory ke owner hai abhi ro rhe hai. Center ne iske liye Minimum support price rs 27 per kg rakhe jiska production cost isse jya hai. kyoki gov. gane ka jo MSP rakha hai bahut jyada hai jiske chalte iska production jyaada ho rha hai abhi. 2010-11 me hame jarurat the 22 million ton chini ki produce huye 25 million ton. Isme sabse badi kam center gov. ki hai vo export bhi nhi karne de rhi. lekin aapke bat se sahmat hu agar koi privet party nhi aa rha hai to state gov. is band pade millo ko start kar sakti hai abhi no profit no loss par employemnt generate karne ke liye. kyoki ye MSP ki problem long term problem nhi hai bahut hi jaldi solve ho jayega.

Comment by CHALU CHAMAR on April 4, 2011 at 1:03pm: Apne rajya me investment aur Udyog ko badhawa dene ke liye ,naye Udyog lane ke liye har rajya sarkar anokhe 'schemes' banati hai.Rajya sarkar ko dekhana padega ki wo kaise naye Udyog lagane ka mahol bana sakti hai.

Bihar ke kitne hi Sugar Factories band ho chuke hain, aur Small Scale bade companies ke abhav me chal nahi sakte.

Rajya Sarkar agar Roads/Bridges/Education/Health me bhi bada investment kare toh ,bahut sare jobs create kar sakta hai.

Jha tak aap bol rha hai jo bhi udyag aata hai vo band ho jata hai...is attitude ko apne ko change karna padega...aur apne ko pta karna hoga ki ye band kyo ho jata hai....pta nhi aap kis udyog ki bat kar rhe hai jo band ho gya hai...please us industry ka name bhi btayenge to achha rahega. Jha tak infrastructure ki bat hai airport bnana bhi infrastucture bnana hi hai bussiness ke liye. india me around 150 functional air port hai hamare pass kewal 1 hai. aur airport bnana airport authority ka kam hai jo central gove ke andar aata hai. bihar me kewal 2000 MW produce hota hai jabki maharastra me 21000 MW. kisi bhi state board ki itni aukat nhi hai ki vo 20000 electricity produce kar le bina central gov. ke madad ke . NTPC jiska giant hai. ye bhi infra project hi hai..mera sidha bolna hai mai infra development karne wale project hi set up karne ki bat kar rha hu. aur jha tak aapne bola hai bihar upyukt hona bhi chahiye.....electicity produce kane wale project ki bat hai iske liye main chij koyla hai hamare padosi jharkhand se koyla le sakte hai, uddisa se le sakte hai ye badi problem nhi hai. jab ham austrailiya se gehu mga sakte hai to kya koyla dusre state se nhi mga sakte?kuchh hi din pahle ki bat hai jab aircraft bihar ke road par hi land hua refuel kiya gya aur phir uda. iska matlab road ki bhi problem bahut jyada nhi hai. mana ki aap wind energy ka project bihar me nhi dal sakte solar ka hi dal dijiye....jahaj assmeble ki factory nhi lga sakte uske part bnane ki hi factory lga dijiye ya phir rail ke parts bnane ka hi factory lga dijiye. apne ko jagna hoga jab tak ummid nhi karnge kuchh nhi hoga...dhanyabad

MPs ke Parliament me shor machane se kya hoga,jab tak rajya sarkar in sab ke liye mahol nahi banata.

Aur jis udyog ka yehaan jikra kiya gaya hai us ke liye Bihar upyukt bhi toh hona chahiye.Bihar aisa rajya hai jahan chalte udyog band ho jate hain,naye aane ki ummid kaise ki ja sakti hai?

When allocation of SEZs was in progress and all 40 MPs were united i am sure if not 50 we would have got atleast 20 SEZs. We have solid example of JPC. when the opposition boycott the parliament siting the JPC demand was accepted. and because of MPs and opposition voiced against 2G scam, there was genuine bid for 3G spectrum. When it was voiced in parliament kalmadi was sacked. if you have whole data and information about allocation of the project amongst the state and raise the question. Ruling party directly can not say we will not give you the project. because they know if this happens people of bihar will come to know this and again vote is there. but if you don't raise your demand no one will know and everything will go as its going and people of bihar will never come to know what is SEZ and all will be silently shifted to the another state.
