Rail budget : I think is not surprise for Bihar . central government always forget to Bihar . Mr. Nitish Kumar government  of Bihar state .He is very nice chief minister in the India then I always support  him because hem's developing to Bihar as a publics sector and road recovering with maintains all sectors like electricity of power project and low order control in Bihar . the rail budget 2013 is a election budget .this not publics'  budget there is only formality maintains .the Bihar publics demand form central government more trains need in Bihar as /required for passengers of trains .because Patna to Delhi need more mail train >Patna to Hydra bad but I think he always ignore also Bihar need to special state packages by Bihar publics ...........why not give special package to Bihar ?
