When Mr Nitish kumar took the charge of Bihar six years back,Bihar was a lawless state and nothing seemed to move.But he succeeded in establishing the rule of law and people are witness to this enormous change.Problems were plenty but resources limited.He had to work hard against many odds,the toughest being the law and order situation.
