I also want to share my views here as you have said that SBI, having the slogan of Apka apna bank, is harassing the customers despite having all the proofs and authenticity. Let me share it with you that it really hurts when the employees and their deeds defame an organinsation and that too like SBI. Its shameful for the employees of the particular branch. First of all, there is no such rule of opening 10 accounts a day. If someone misguides you, you must ask for concerned circular as you have rights of Information. But, I am not satisfied with your comment like the bank is entirely worse in rural areas. In fact, SBI is the first bank who has initiated the step towards Financial Inclusion of all Remote rural areas and their programme of kiosk banking is quite aggressive and popular in many areas of Bihar like gaya, Purnia, hajipur, Muzaffarpur and many more, wher the Bank do the business in frenchisee kind of model through business correspondent. So, yes, its feel bad to hear some derogatory remarks abt an Institution but it one is on reciever's end, one has all the rights to say so. But my dear friend, fault is not there in the organisation, its Human behavious at particualr places which is gaining bad name for the entire Group.
