The Indian Government, Institutions,Civil Societies, Media, westernised Intellectuals and many self-classified developed and rich personalities on Social,Economic and political Ladders are involved in many discussions and deliberations in respect of Naxalism, its unruly order of the day, its long-term implications. People advise on military solution, mix of development of political, social and economic model for problem resolution and has created a paranoid tendencies among public as if these forces are hell bent on breaking the law & order and not obliging the Govt. They are classified as biggest evil doers of Indian Society. This is farce and smack of an evil bogey about public opinion making towards authorising direct killing of Naxalites/affiliated/tribal population by Govt. Machinery & Militatry power.

2. Nobody in India can endorse the criminal and mayhem activities of Naxalities nor anybody can endorse any nefarious activities to adversely affect India's existence as a civil rule Society.However there is a reality everybody overlooks for their convenience or benefit that this problem has surfaced due to long term exploitation and discimination of People in Eastern Indian Region generally and Tribals specifically. How Indian civil society who reached modern level of Economic prosperity and development mostly from the mineral & natural resources of Eastern Region, behave with the people of Bihar, West Bengal & Orissa in Delhi, Mumbai or elsewhere in Country. Of course, Every indian is at par socially, politically and constitutionally but the treatment given to people from those region has aggravated this problem. Everybody have hate attitudes about Biharis for best known reasons to themselves. I think India is uniform on the scale of poverty, malnutrition,illiteracy and backwadness. So why to make mockery of a large group of people from there and try to victimise them on the basis of origin. Still bad treatment is given to poor and rich Biharis all over India.

3. What the Govt. and Civil Society fail to understand is that merely denial of economic development and opportunities cannot create this sort of intensified movements over a large region but there is something wrong with the behaviour and psychology of people of Indian society. There is lack of will to accept that they have exploited them since long time, which intensified after year 1947 due to callousness and conspiracy by Powers-at be.

4. Naxalism can be tackled only if we understand their psychology and tries to bring back them in mainstream by healing touch, negotiations and by power sharing tactics and winning their confidence. Govt. strategic thinkers failed to acknoledge the problems at domestic level and only talked about the turbulence in neighbourhood Pak. but and their policies are centred on petty things Indo-Pak Relations. Strategic & Development planners shall understand that real problem and challenges are here in India and that is caused by flaw, fissures and chinks in their plolicies and due to lack of administrative acumen to enforce the rule for civil order. Where were these Indians and intellectuals and law enforcers when people were beaten on the basis of origin or birth place or on Linguistic ground in Maharashtra and Delhi. What action the Govt. of India took to streamline the order? How many people were penalised under police law or indian penal law for assaulting Biharis by State or Central Govt.? Nobody talks of all those happenings and misadventorous activities but only of Naxalism. Naxalism is a by product of long term exploitation and discrimination to certain segment or large group of people mostly to the indigenous population of Eastern Indian and spreading with support and divisive attitude of public and Govt. at large.

A REAL INDIAN IS INDIAN WHO IS INDIAN BY CONSCIENCE NOT BY GAIN FACTORS BUT BY CHARACTER FACTORS.

Therefore it is the time that GOVT. shall set the wrongdoings of past and shall chalk out a plan for uniform debvelopment after establishing participative contribution of those marginalised segment of population. Win back them, then you can win the World otherwise you will be destroyed under your own problem. Leave discriminatory behaviour and love the people of all region.
