is development of villages is mandatory in developing of state?????????

I want to ask all the members that government i.e state govt as well as central govt. implemented many schemes for villagers and unemployed poors.but i cant see any management or chain of direction in implemention of it. govt is trying its best to develop its state but the beneficiary are not benefited they stops in between. for exam i belongs to small village of darbhanga and i see many schemes coming for poor people like guarntee yojna, indra awaas, aangan wadi shiksha etc bt all the funds are kept in the pocket of panchayti members like mukhiya, zilla parishad and members of it. so as citizen what shoul be done so the poor can get maximum helps n benifit as i stays in mumbai i dnt aware abt  any rules n prochedure to complian.

Sahil I think ur headline is not according to the content you have written.

I think staying in Mumbai & doing some thing for ur village will be difficult. Someone who staying there can file RTI to get the information about any scheme. U can ask question like :- What is the progress of that scheme? Who all have got benefited by that scheme? How many beneficiaries are relative of Mukhiya, Zila parsad etc.....? (If u feel only relatives are getting benefitted by some scheme)

So truth will be revealed.

Development of the villages is very important. The roots of Bihar is in the villages, unless we don't make the roots strong, Bihar will not develop.
