Dear Amit,
Your reactionary outbursts are in line with the scenario present in this country and also hate syndrome proclivity envisaged in the minds and behaviour of an average Indian are highly despisable.
I also witnessed this widely among the populace.
But we have to be more decisive in terms of behaviour restraint and not care for these trifllings and trivias and safeguard the integrity of country. Reason being this Nation India itself has born in 1947 from the Imperialist Hindu Kingdom of Magadha and Ashoka Chakra & Rupee had been adopted to represent this Nation in description and currency alongwith many statutes.

A parent cannot harm his own children or children of others. You are descendants of makers of this Nation and you cannot acuire hard behaviour towards average Indians as they lack in mind. You know that it is duty of a parent to look after their mentally challenged also.

Lord shiva represents all forms of life like Aadmi, Bhoot, Dakini, Pichasini, Dev, Daitini, plants and other latent form of life.
You also represent the Indians as Hindus, Buddhist, Sikh, Jains all identify themselves from Bihar.

Rest you need not to worry i bluntly say these people had never fought any victorious war with outsiders/invaders in last 5000 years of Recorded Indian history but they had become localised war hero either fighting with their poor or weakened fellow or fighting with wife in their house.
Maghadhan,Biharis Chandragupta + Chanakya defeated Talibans Alexander, Sher Shah Suri defeated Mughals with 300 Maghadhan army and also defeated Talibans and Bihar had got prominent place in power for 3000 Years.
Power bestowed by nature cannot be destroyed. I alone live in Mumbai but never fear. in case of symptoms of hate, i candidly asked these questions/comments and perpetrators shy away and apologise.

1. Achha ho gaya Bechare Mahatma Budhha chale gaye nahi to pitate they.
2.Achha ho gaya Bechari SITA MAI chale gaye nahi to pitate they.
3. TUM 112 CRORE iNDIAN KO TAKAT HAI TO LAR LO / CAN 112 CRORE HAS GOT POWER TO FIGHT WITH 805 CRORE INDIANS
4. TODAY migrants from other states are resisding in Bihar , SHALL BE THROW THEM OUT.
5. A VERY SMALL GROUP OF mAGHDHAN TRIBES spread to Jharkhand, Chaisgarh is NOT being controlled by Your Indian Govt, if we support them can an average indian think of their existence.
6.Average Indian has to hand over to their even inner clothes if we seek compensation for mineral resources from erstwhile Bihar used in development of this nation since 50 years.

But i feel their hate is mostly borne out from as they donot have a definite identity or mentally challenged/lesser degree of rationality.

This chorus is for better. People ought to be engaged in chanting the mantra of Bihari pride.

Remember, nation is not about land and its perimeter. It is the deep seated oneness and pride in the heart and mind of citizens that make for a nation. It is same for the states. Accept it or not, this pride is missing among Bihari brethren. Because we are preoccupied with cast and secterian prides.

European history is replete with wars and full of barbarians. It is this idea of one nation one people that helped stabilise the boundaries and paved the way for development.

What bothers you is what you are inherited with. A dissected and scattered society. At least work on this concern to hand out a better place to the generations to come. There is no room for frustration; be zealous for change.
