Baba Ramdev suggests ways to prevent swine flu.

Swine flu is taking a serious toll in India. Several people have already died and there are probably lots of people that have died unreported. But there is one person who can help and that is our own Baba Ramdev. According to Baba Ramdev swine flu virus (the H1N1) can be combated using Ayurvedic herbs.

Here is the recipe one should take to prevent swine flu;

Take Giloy (Amta)’s one foot long branch and seven leaves of Tulsi and mix. Collect the juice and place in a pot. Boil this juice and drink. The herbal juice should increase the bodies resistant up to several times.

With yoga guru Baba Ramdev suggesting this tulsi and giloi (Tinospora cordifolia) could help prevent swine flu; the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has decided to act on his advice seriously. The civic agency has decided to provide these plants to Delhiites to prevent people from getting swine flu.

According to Subhash Arya: "According to ayurveda, these herbs tulsi leaves, along with nine-inch-long giloi branch should be boiled at night, along with pepper, till the water thickens. Half-a-glass should be consumed after filtration in the morning. I am sure this will prevent swine flu.''

We cant rely on the admnistration to do anything. They themselves are sitting ducks. Baba Ramdev has suggested a way for swine flu and we should take it. There is nothing harm and everything to gain from this remedy.

I have read this information news papers and got to know about it through Astha channel also. It is really a very effective and cheap solution for the killing disease like Swine Flu. The people having a medical history of high blood pressure, sugar, or having weak immune system get affected with it easily. But fortunately people in Bihar are having strong immune system because of their life style and less consumption of pesticide and chemical fertilizer processed food.
