It sounds very good when i heard from so many peoples who are not the residents of bihar that " YOUR BIHAR IS DEVELOPING AND GOVERNMENT IS DOING WELL".
I just went my home town patna and really i found lots of changes. Really government is doing well.
But some questions in my mind apperes. Which i wanted to share with you and hoping a suitable steps:-
1. Is this enough for us???
2. When we stop going outside for income???
3. When people from other states will come to bihar for income??
4. We have only 2 PSU`s in bihar why???
5. We we get industrialized???
6. When master plan will applied in patna for smooth transportation???
And the biggest question is.........
7. WHEN WE CHANGE OUR MENTALITY???
We are the topper in india and also we have the top cheaters in exam too........
Education system is falling down, corruption is growing.
Even when you need a car on hire basis then the provider will ask any amount which comes in his mind.. no system of KM basis.
bridge (Gandhi setu) is under maintenance for last 10 years (i remember when i was preparing for engg. the it was started)....
This is our speed........ Is this our speed........
UNLESS WE CHANGE NOTHING WILL CHANGE.....

I agree that. Many changes has made by the Bihar government for the development and its ongoing you realise
Did you believe that the Nitish government has not taken any special step for master plan and direct investment through the premium developer? his government are almost in power almost 7 years but there is no any business hub created by the government either agriculture or industrials zone, where some of project are under planning and some are in the area allotment for the investors, and some are negotiation BIADA/PMC, they are purposely delaying project.
Now day specific technique are using for developing country and they have made specific period for each industries development and they are fixed time for completion of project in tender budget. Bihar government project if tender make for three years it will take for the 5-10, years, moreover result will show partially completed, the reason is expected project budget money will be multiply 4-8 time than a real budget, due to lack of control their system and planning, and this is development of Bihar
After that losses money by the government, they pick from the public pockets through the service take, income taxes, fine and penalty, ect,
After that, where we reach same place of development like (KHAO KAMAO POLICY) the government will make full to the publics.
Bihar government should give special assistance to the investors and invite the for the sustainable development for the all sector infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, they can put his top agenda for the aviation industries & international airport through the privet partnership
If government are interested for the Bihar development then he can select key element for investor & personal need
After that, where we reach same place of development like (KHAO KAMAO POLICY) the government will make full to the publics
Bihar government has very tight time to wake up and do complete the existing project on time and within the budget, i.e. through fine / extortion, these practices will never success, project should be monitored by qualified team management from execution to completion.
Government they have to select the right planner, consultant’s and good contractor who having capability to run a project and finish on time.

Comment by Shalu Sharma on August 12, 2012 at 3:34pm I agree, most people like to compare Bihar with other states but we need to compare what was Bihar 10 years ago and now. Many even want to compare Bihar with USA and UK.
Comment by upendra sah on August 12, 2012 at 11:38am Development in Bihar is real. Comparison should be drawn between Bihar Now and Bihar Then. There is one fundamental difference in development of Bihar, it is inclusive of poorest of the poor.
Comment by amrendra kumar on August 11, 2012 at 7:49pm Yes boss, such type of thoughts needs to come out from intellectuals mind with a better suggestion.
I personally wants my bihar at the top...
kindly give more suggestions and comments..
Comment by Nirmalendu Choubey on August 11, 2012 at 6:29pm I visited Bihar last year and yes there were things that were better but I do not think Bihar is where it should be or could have been. Governance is a major issue. There is not one ministry or department that will promise something and deliver. People love to BS no matter who they are. The chief minister thinks he is a Prime Minister material and nothing could be farther from the truth.
Comment by R Singh on August 11, 2012 at 1:50pm Last time I was in Patna I too saw some good changes. People were more upbeat about development. I saw man of my relatives come out of destitution and into employment. I think the winds of changes are beginning to blow.
Comment by Shalu Sharma on August 11, 2012 at 1:42pm I could not agree with your more. Many people criticise Bihar as soon as they find the opportunity but the real fact is that a lot of work has been done. There has been lots of changes that is very good in Bihar. Lot of development has taken place in the good regime of Nitish Kumar. I am happy that you have mentioned some of the positive changes that you have witnessed in Bihar. We now need to go a step further and join the big boys of development namely Maharashtra and Gujarat. We need an international airport to attract business people from all over the world.
