I want to know " Is there any system where people can complain about small social problems." For example you can see many houses drain lines leading to road despite of common drain line is provided by govt. a few feet away. Houseowner is not bothered to extend his drain line upto main line. There are many small problems like this.
If any body knows any website, address or any system where complain can be made, Please let me know.
