I am basically from Thana Bihpur (Dist Bhagalpur) and now working in Mumbai. I am a food technologist and a currently a R&D Manager with one of the biggest Food and Beverage company of world.
I am trying to spread the awareness of this filed of processed food so that we can increase employment and decrease the post harvest losses of our agricultural produce. For this i have started www.foodpathshala.com where people intersted in this field can come and solve their queries.
