When Mr Nitish kumar took the charge of Bihar six years back,Bihar was a lawless state and nothing seemed to move.But he succeeded in establishing the rule of law and people are witness to this enormous change.Problems were plenty but resources limited.He had to work hard against many odds,the toughest being the law and order situation.

Bihar deputy chief Minister Sushil Modi is a study in contrasts.The Former RSS activist is married to a Roman catholic,believes in Hindutva, but says that everyone has a right to practise his or her religion.He is against religious conversion through force or enticement.clearly,Modi is a leader in the socialist mould.
