With all fanfare, Mr. Neeraj Bihari (so he said he was) told us he has founded a political party. His aim was to capture power in Bihar. He was hyperactive initially, now it seems he has gone into hibernation. I have looked forhim all over, never found him.
Has anyone seen him ? Has anyone joined his party ? Has anyone got any news ?
