khana khane baad rahul baba swan karne jaate hai. uske baad chilli konkarni (beef preparation) khate hai. khaye khaye jo.... aap log tamasha dekho aur vote karo....

he book is called Gandhi Vadh aur Main . It is written by Gopal Godse, brother of Nathuram Godse and a co-conspirator.

The book is banned , you are right. though copies are available privately. 
Post this question in the Politics section of Politics & Govt. category. There are some knowledgable persons there who may help you.
