Dear friend Shalu Sharmaand other valuable members, a little anecdote, I have a wife, a16 y.o daughter and a 10 y.o son. All the three have already visited India(Bombay, New Delhi, Taj Mahal, Madras, etc) but not Bihar. I am the only one who have never visited India yet in my small family. I told my wife when I visit India I must visit Bihar also, otherwise for me no need to visit India.

No, I am not aware of such a village but the best thing is to come and visit Bihar and do some investigative work. I am sure you will the village and some relatives as well.

Excellent that such group does exist. I want to know more about Patna. I am a Mauritian, living in Mauritius. I have never been in Patna nor Bihar nor India. But, my mum's maternal grandfather's father (by name Affagul)who settled in Mauritius in 1866 was from Pohawa village, Zillah: Patna, Pergunnah: Baliah (as recorded in 1866 in Mauritius). He died in Mauritius in 1905.I do not know how many of you have heard about this place. I beleive it should be close to Patna City, isn't? I know English and French languages,only.
