Illiteracy and Ignorance is the Bihars first Enemy...... It will be great Idea if Nitish govt. distributes some like Akash tabs to the village students in Bihar with 3G features and internet sim too.....just like what Modi doing.....because every one have the right to access internet.... youtube ,google....Really it will tremendous help for youngsters to study and compete ........
