Its not that there are no opportunities. There are enough universities in Bihar but no university of reputation. In addition, population pressure are some of the reasons why Biharis are going outside to study.

there is less industrial opportunities  in bihar ,and today is age of information technology

This is really a great topic to discuss as Bihar have too many manpowers but they are providing their services for another states.  This is my reqeust with our Fan Club that must discuss this with our Hon. CM as when we got oppurtinity to work at our home.

Because we don't have jobs in Bihar. In colleges a  teacher  takes about a  lakh  of rupee as salary per month but there is no education.  Both teachers and students are not interested . Also Universities are not directly under Bihar govt.

One of the core reason is that bihar education system
either it is primary or secondary or higher is not
updated with the time with compare to world
or india or not even neighbouring states like west
bengal there are lack of power connectivity modern
environment and big institutions like iim and iihm
and entertainment and touring places like ashardham
in ahemdabad these are the core problems for that
one think to go out of his mother land
