Magadh Manthan

Magahi, or Magadhi, is spoken in the districts of Patna, Gaya and Hazaribagh and in the western part of Palamau, as well as parts of Monghyr and Bhagalpur. On its eastern frontier, Magahi meets Bengali. Grierson called the dialect of this region .

इतना बढ़िया भाषा के बोले वाला के संख्या बहुत कम हो गेलो हे| गया में भी ऐसन बहुत लोग मिल थुन्न जिनका मगही न आ ब हो| और वइसन तो बहुत मिल थुन्न जिनका आ ब हो, मगर बोल थुन्न ना|

A good article on Magahi his here. Our mother is Magahi. It is one of Bihari languages less talked about.
