Yes this was because there was no video in it. Youtube keeps changing things. Follow this and you will be OK. http://www.youbihar.com/page/how-to-add-videos

Looks like it was a deletion of the PMCH group as no one joined. Please feel free to add the group again however inactive groups with less the 1-2 members gets deleted after a certain period to prevent large number of inactive groups with no members.
