Comment by krishna kant pandey on June 7, 2010 at 10:36pm: there is only one obstacles in development of patna is disturbance in law and order. i remember how patna was unsafe in 2000 or 2003, 04. everywhere we read in newspaper only about murder, kidnapping etc. businessmen scare to start business in bihar only because of disturb law and order. they have fear of their life or ransom. otherwise businessmens are ready to start business in bihar after assuring them about safety. i think "nitish kumar " is able chief minister and he will do more than what we expect. we should give him chance.
