With 85% of our (Bihari) population living in villages, no other than us can harness non conventional energy better. Please come up with your suggestion.
I suggest to go for
1. Establishing medium size community Bio-Gas plants
2. Using subsidised Solar appliances and encouraging people to use it.
3. Get above small scale industries developed in villages where financially under privileged families can work and contribute to the development of Bihar.
