We should see reality with our eyes .

Our bihar is developing or not .it's a comparative study .as per governmental data data bihar is developing faster than other state.but what you people think it's true or false?

on the ground level i have also seen recently lot of changes in our state.grassroot level people are now able to rise thir voices for betterment of the people.roads in rural areas now much better.people taking interest in local politics its good for democracy.people are much awere now.

but second part of the coin is fearful the future of our childs in the haands of unquilified people ,even teachers are not able to read two lines of englilsh.how can they provide thier childs a good education and what will be the future of those students.second thing is that no basic quilification have puted thier for grass-root level people to be a mukhiy ,sarpanch and jila parishad.so they are awere only for self betterment and not for the people.

these things are good and bad both.share your views.

actually lac of time i am not properly visiting our "you bihar".

mai apne is post ke dwara ye batana chahta hoon ki bihar me infrastructure's,loktantra ka decentralisation or political awarness me badhiya development ho raha hai.yeh good sign hai.but dusri taraf hum ye dekh rahe hain ke jin logo ko english kaa ek paragraph padhna nahi aata unhe govt baccho ko padhane ke liye hier kar chuki hai.jo ki baccho ke bhawisya hi nahi hamari aane wali pidhiyon ke saath dhokha hai.dusri or grass-root level per 50% reservation for uneducated(because no any educational quilification needed) womens tatha sc/st/obc ke liye nirdharit karke bihar kaa sarwnas kar rahi hai.kya bihar kaa behtar bhawisya is tarah nirmit hoga?

ye mera personal observation hai.maine in chijo ko apne district or gram-panchayto ko visit karke dekha hai.

local level ke officers(gram-sevak) in chune hue janpratinidhiyon ko apni ungali per nachate hain?kya yaha janta/loktantra kaa astitva taar-taar nahi ho raha?

mai aap sabo se isper gahri soch ke saath comment ki aasa rakhta hoon.

grass-root level per development or bihar ke pure vikas ki charcha saare desh me ho rahi hai.per kahi naa kahi is vikas ke pichhe ek darwna bihar chhupa hai?grass-root level per dicision's lene ke liye state government kaafi had tak independent hoti hai .to sarkar ek essential eligibility kyon nahi nirdharit karti.teacher's ke liye ek bonafied recruitment pannel kyon nahi banati?pg or net quilified person unemployed hai per ek kharidi hui degree lekar koi person techer ban kar baccho ke bhavisya ke saath kaise khilwad kar raha hai?

kya aise hi nirmit hoga bihar kaa bhavisya?

aap bhi apni aankhon se dekh sakte hai per aapko bihar ke un jagho per jaana padega jahan saam hote hi laalten jal uthati hai or log bhavisya ke naam per agle din ki roti ke jugad ke liye sochte hue raat kaat dete hain.o apne baccho ko school me khichdi khaane/bycicle lene bhejte hain naa ki padhai karne.or teacher ko khichdi/dophar kaa bhojan ke jugaad me class lene kaa time nahi milta?

kya ye dukhad sthiti nahi hai? aap bihar ke rural area me govt school me padhne wale 8TH std.ke bacche se sahi naam-pata or introduction english me nahi paa sakte.mera kahna ye nahi hai ki english ekdam compulsary janana jaruri hai per baaki kaa expectation bhi aap nahi kar sakte.kyonki unka bhavisya nirmata hi un chijo se anjaan hai to usase aap kya ummid kar sakte hain?

But jab fondation hi week hoga to hum ek majbut imarat kaise banane kaa daava kar sakte hain?kya behtar tarika ye nahi hai ki hum aankado ke khel se apne bachho ko dur rakhe.unhe quility education yadi suruat me provide nahi ki jaayegi to aage tough compitition me o apne aap ko kaisa mahsus karenge?

aur dusre aspect ke baare me kya jahan reservation or decentarlisation ke naam per loktantra ka majaak udaya jaa raha hai uske baaare me aap kya kahenge?loktantratamak roop se chune hue janpratinidhi local officers ke ya padhe llikhe husband ( in case of women representative) ke gulam ban rahe hain?

matalab saaf hai ki politicians or government 100% litracy or mahila sashaktikaran ke liye kukchhh bhi tarkika apna sakte hain chaahe o sahi ho yaa galat?chaahe uska result ek apang socity hi kyon naa ho?

Dhananjay Bhai - Aapki baat kaafi hadd tak sahi hai.. The kind of change you are expecting would require the whole of "Education system" to be rethought... re modelled and re worked..

I am not saying we should not do it.. but, what I am saying is, this would require more time and innovative thinking..we should plan for it so that in the next 10 years.. we are able to sort out these issues..

We need more training for "teachers"..
We need more qualified teachers..
Qualified teachers would require more pay and compensation etc.

All this requires some innovative thoughts.. one way of dealing with this could be - "Volunteers based system".. at massive scale..or a "mandatory community service" for all graduates who are looking for employment or say "government employment in particular"..

I am sure "retired people" like my father/mother would not mind spending 2 hours each day to teach young children.. all the government has to do is "ask".. and channelize these people's energy to add to our workforce..

i am not getting the logic of development.its totally media-hunted development.if this development is this then,say no development.development ke naam per bhrastachar ko badhawa,or unskilled person ke haatho gramin janta kaa bhawsya saupna development nahi hai.

It is a matter of opinion. Laloo will say there has been no development while Nitish will say, there has been good progress. I say there has been some development which is a lot better than negative development we had from the previous regime.
