Hi ,

  Improving education dos't start from enggineering collage ,It start from elementry level.So if you want to start you need to start from school level.If base is strong then rest can be taken care.

So if interested we can start from from school level.Already having some plan.Looking like minded pepole.

Geting investor is not a big deal,if you are commited to do things

More foucs should be on vocational cources rather than engineering colleges.

हमे बिहार को सूधारने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं अगर सुधारना है तो यंहा के अंध विश्वासी और  uneducated लोगो को सूधारने की ,, अगर ये सुधर गए तो बिहार सुधार जाएगा

Rohini,

    you are 100% right,What i had seen is there is no proper guidence are givento there career.

We had taken one step towards this.We are trying to tie up with existing Bihar Computer Institue,we will be taking online training to the guys in bihar.Some of the training are free of cost and some training are minimum at cost.

This is a first step towards improving bihar.If any one want to join on this path pls let us know.We will be happy to welcome you.

Rohini,

  We had planned the same things ,We are seting up e-chopal in every village.We are providing computer with internet access.The guy whom we are choosing is bit educated.Then we are providing weekly online training and We had develop lot of e-content ,which will help village girls and boys to get best education in village.e-Content is develop with help of IIT professor ,engg etc.

   Same we are planning for coching in software and other stuff.

Rohini,you are from which part of bihar and if you don't mind can you introduce your self.

hi deepak sir ur views are really very good and should be appreciated a lot,we face problems just only in starting and once if it will on the ground work problems will go off so need to start afresh,thanks

Adopt a Village school with help of the villagers and try your luck from there.

Hi, Good Morning We are not so bad still we are the best. In Bihar first the government should invite and give a chance
to the experienced people to do something for their villages, subdivisions,
district & state to develop their skills which we have taken some experience
from other parts of India as well as abroad. Many Bihari hats Bihar due to
some problem with them in their native place. As I am in the Education Sector
but I feel there no chance for the experienced educationalist to serve in the
govt. education department as well as pvt. firm First we have to change
the mind of our people to develop their economic system. As you know that
many pvt. engineering colleges, medical colleges etc. in different part of
India are only running on the demand of bihari student. In our state there
is lake of financial support on education sector. Recently, the recruitment
of teachers in bihar you know better and you can talk with your relative. If
the foundation will be not strong than how you can build a strong building.
All things should be think to our bureucrates, politicians and also to all
individuals. The cast, religion etc. system has been categorised by these
people for their personal benefit. For example, A post graduate and
experience in education sector applied in one govt. appointment the official
made the merit list and said that only Graduation percentage will be
calculated. Can you imagine what will be the reaction in the candidate mind ?
Post graduation is no meaning.Still I am in pvt. sector and gaining more
money than the bihar govt. I am satisfied with my job, role ,
responsibilities and serving to other not my native people. As like India
Brain- Drain system is also in Bihar. But still I am trying to do something
for our native people. We should be proud a Bihari not a shame to become
bihari. We should think positively and motivate to others.

Khan,

    We are not shame to bihari, we are very proud to be.Thing we are discussing is how we can improve.We know that govt had done effort to do that.But as a bihari it is our duty also to contribute to the socity not always we should accept from it.

   As you are in education industry ,you might be aware of the facts.We know in govt there are lot of people who are there to make money from each project.that there motto.

 

We as people should get together and share idea ,help each other.
