Both past, present and future is ours. While we cannot forget the past of Bihar and its history, we cannot ignore the present situation. As for the future of Bihar is concerned, history will tell.

our grand parents had done lot to keep bihar at the top of indian states....ones a times it was the state who knew for best living place....but we don't maintain.....first of all we have to change and then show other ya i m changed now ur turn......i m sure this will happen sure.

dont hiding our present by education others about our past..even i am aware about wat bihar was and nalanda was but whats the use does it help to improve our future ,so we need to do something rather then discussing past

There are many points which needs discussion and should be resolved to improve the condition

But the major 5 are:

1.Introduction of English in Bihar's educational system and .

This is the major hurdle of the student of bihar board .Bihari student are the best mind in the world ,but to keep pace with the growing world we need and have to learn good english .i dont say that nothing can bee done without learning good English,its just that it will become very easy for a bihari student to excel any were in world.

2.More collages and school

If u compare Karnataka and bihar then you will come to know that even a small town in Karnataka has more collages and schools compare to a whole district in bihar. student want to study but they dont have option for it. There are around 130 engg. collage and no. of medical collage ,There are many courses which are available in these cities which can help student to get good job even if they are below average.Lack of option force all of us to become either engg. or doct. or IAS/IPS. My interest was always in painting and drawing but i was not exposed to different courses in this field so i became an engineer, now since i am aware of the scope of art field i really regret y i joined engg.

* News reading courses in India
* M.A. in Public Administration in India
* Packaging Courses in India
* Postgraduate Diploma in Banking Operations
* Hospital Management Courses in India
* Fire Safety Courses in India
* Management Development Programmes in India
* Certificate Courses in Banking
* Investment Management Courses
* Graphic Design Courses
* tourism courses india
are few examples out of thousend courses.
And the major disadvantage of less collages is that every year thousand of student go out of bihar for studies to cities like bangalore,pune, hyderabad,delhi etc ,places like this get crores of rupees from bihari students , which help in development of there state ,and bihar become more poor.

3. Better infrastructure.

Better infrastructure means making good road ,electricity, good connectivity between all the places through bus and trains and i at least we need to have one international airport to improve tourism. Better infrastructure will attract companies and more jobs will be created.

4. MORE JOBS

more professional collages+Better infrastructure = more and more companies

5. The last but not the least is love your state have pride about it ,do not make fun and insult
your state in front of people from other state .when people ask where r u from ,say i am from bihar ,say the name of town you are from, Dont say patna if u are not from there .make your town famous, y we know so many place in maharastra like mumbai, pune nagpur ,sholapur,chinchhiwar. what do u think how many people in other state are aware of darbhanga ,bhagalpur gaya ,the answer is very few.
i have followed the same thing now all of my friends are aware of Dehri-on-son, whats the meaning of the name is? ,y it is famous? and even whats the length of bridge on sone

I have seen people form bihar when asked about there place of birth they tend to hide and at the max will say patna ,how shameful it is,

this type of behavior leads to the impression that we bihai's are aliens .when ever i have attended interview , after knowing i am from bihar the most common line is "oh u from bihar? dont look like " . so my questions is why i dont look like, i think because biharis have 5 legs or 4 eys .No Because they have impression that all biharis are uneducated and ill mannered and they dont deserve to be working in "MSC". and we are the one who have given them the impression by always telling bad things about our state and not the good .labour classes are better then us that atleast they say they are from bihar when they go to other state ,now whole india knows that most labours are from bihar so y not let them know that even educated pleople are from bihar.
