Dhananjay ji, if bribe becomes legal the beneficiar should sacrifice his salary and facilities. Because for which job they are getting salary, they are taking bribe for the same job. and What will do the people who are fighting with poverty? From where will they get money to bribe some one?

As i know most of the people do not like to work unless they think if they do not work they will get punishment. Means fear make the people work. So if we legalize bribe giving , the bribe taker would fear to take the bribe because he/she knows people will report this. And since giver is also getting his money back he would report the case actively.

Agree they  might find loophole. But as a pilot  we can try. If it does not work we can make the changes to close the hole.Any way we are paying bribe , so now we need some experiment which may stop bribery.

We will just legalize giving bribe and not taking bribe. And once any one found taking bribe a case will be lodge against that person and money would be recovered back and will be given to bribe giver.

Do not use all mouth available with you. In india only one mouth is used. Your one mouth say good other say bad. First coordinate among them.

yes nothing bad in legalised prostitution. We can put tax on that as well. In will not only reduce rape cases but also increase the government revenue.
