In central university of Bihar, if you have an international degree or other state's degree, only then you are getting job otherwise despite all merits, because you do not have an international degree or degree from other state, you will be kicked away.
In central university of Bihar, you will rarely find any faculty from Bihar, so please tell me the person who has completed all the degrees from renowned colleges and university in Patna, he or she will not even get an opportunity in Bihar? so are these universities just a mere joke and means of befooling person. A person who has completed his degree in Patna and want to pursue career in higher educations, where should he go when he is just devalued because his degrees are from Patna university.

Its not completely true. Its true that Patna University is not international standard and faculties are substandard but to say that's its a joke is not completely true.

Education system in Bihar is not good that is why people leave the state to Delhi and Bombay.

Bihar used to have the best collages in India. Patna University used to be renowned for its education but cant say that any more.
