pap aapke baap aur punya aapki mata shri hai.
Sorry to use this kind of word but u can get answer by yourself of this question. your own soul can decide that what is PAP & what is PUNYA ? Something may be PAP for you but that will be PUNYA for others.

अरसे पहले लिखे स्वर्गीय भगवती चरण वर्मा के उपन्यास ' चित्रलेखा ' को पढ़ लें तो पाप और पुण्य समझ में आ जायेगा .वर्ना सत्कर्म को पुण्य और दुष्कर्म को पाप मानना चाहें तो तुलसी ने कह दिया है ............

परहित सरिस धर्म नहिं भाई
परपीड़ा सम नहिं अधमाई !
