JIS pradesh menaam aadmi ke liye chalne ko sadak nahin hai, khane ke kiye roti nahin hai,koi rozgar nahin hai wahan ka tatha kathit neta helicopter se chunavi yatra karta hai aur ghadiyali aansoo baha kar apne aap ko crore pati se arab pati kar ne men laga hai. ye ek rajnitik chal hai ki paisa nahin ha. jahan bhrashtachar apne charamseema ko paar kar chuka ho,ek chaprasi ya chaukidar se le kar uchha akhikari tak sirf loot aur ghotalon men lage hon wahan paisa kahn aaye ga janata ke liye. har neta aur adhikarion ki cbi se jaanch ho ni chahiye tatha brashta vyapari aur har vibhag chahe swastha ho shiksha ho ya  police ho is ki jaanch honi chahiye.

Freeze the properties and black money of all the Political netas and Babus in Bihar. The money needed for next five years will come out in a month.

In 2010, Asian Development Bank has offered Bihar a loan of USD 132Million (over 532 crore Rupees) to re-innovate, modernize, develop and maintain power transmission line and other distribution system throughout Bihar.

 Bihar me paise kami nahi hai bus zarurat hai use sarkar se kharch karvane ki kyunki bihar ko kenra dawara devlopment ke liye fund jata hai wo fun bihar ke bvikas me lage tab to wo to politician ki vikas main lagata hai. Janta saab janti hai .

Propety freeze karne se nahi hoga kyonki property or black money ko freeze kiya jaye to nahi govt. ko fayada hoga nahi wuse vyakti ko kisne black money and property rakha hai.......... Mera manna hai ki there must be announcement by Govt. of Bihar that all black money hoarders and property owners must invest all those money and property into Bihar only otherwise after one year of thi announcement Bihar Govt. will start tracking and finding out those money and will never give to those poeple who had gathered and earned through foul means, will go to the fund of Bihar Development.......

Beginning in 2007, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) supported Bihar’s 2-year-old reform program through the Bihar Development Policy Loan/Credit. The government’s program aims at improving fiscal policy, public financial management and governance. Its goal is to boost economic growth through reforms in agriculture, investment climate and basic infrastructure, with an emphasis on roads. It also supports improving public service delivery in education and social protection

A World Bank Development Policy Loan (DPL) has supported Bihar’s efforts to undertake reforms and helped create the fiscal space for development (IBRD $150 million Appx.675 hundred crores ruppes; IDA $75 million, app 337.50 hundred crores rupees). While the first Bihar DPL closed on December 2009, it is potentially the first of four such loans totaling $900 million(Appx. 4,050 thousand crores ruppes) to be disbursed between 2007 and 2011.

Centre mei Congress party hai. Rahul Baba jarroor denge. App unke khas aadmi hai, RG se pairwi kijiye. App ki baat jarror manage. Bihar ki dor aap ke haat mai hai.

Dr Kumar, its not so easy than you think. How important is roads you should by now, with immobility reduced to bare minimum due to snow in the UK. 

Its easy to cry development from where you are. Ground reality is different. When basic infrastructure is not there, do not expect industries to come and invest in Bihar. Why do major companies go to other states, its least they don't have to worry about mobility and security. More and more people have now jobs in Bihar. We are seeing a trend that you cannot imagine at a distance.

But we are not Cuba. It has economic sanctions and very few countries choose to trade with it.

You cannot compare Indian states with Cuba known for sponsoring terrorism. 

 

Here and there makes a lot of difference. If you are "there" you know nothing what is happening "here". "HERE" and "THERE" will will always be there and will come again and again here.

 

If you think you can sum up everything in one paragraph and give examples how to develop Bihar than I am afraid its not going to happen and miles away from reality.

Right from the day of freedom Bihar is getting step mother treatment from the Central Government and till date same policy is followed for Bihar. Even the Doctor of Social Engineering Sh. Laloo Prasad Yadav and his successor cum wife Smt. Rabri Devi jointly exploited Bihar and made Bihar-Bihari a slang. They even during their tenure as the messiah of Bihar were unable to used funds allocated by Centre for the development of Bihar. Recently Prince of the Feudal Party called Congress told  the people that for the five years there is no development in Bihar during even Nitish Rule and this proves his mental bankrupty. Now the current Chief Minister of Bihar should put pressure on the Government to allot Funds for the development of Bihar and otherwise we all Biharis together should march to Delhi to show solidarity with our beloved CM.

 

In many places in India like Pan shop - Nau shop(Barber) - Dhobi shop(washerman) - Doodh shop(milk);etc., we find photos of Gandhi family present and past but still they remain poor . . .. ....... Why?

I read somewhere Indira Gandhi as avatar of Durga - Then why there is no Idol of her in Pandals in Dussehra festival ??????

I read Sonis Gandhi as avatar of Maa Laxmi from Europte - Then why still on Thursdays - Fridays or on Diwali people are not performing pooja even the one who must be performing the pooja would have become finacially and mentally bankrupt by now.

 

The way congress party is running behind The duo mother and son it proves the party is intellectually and ideologically is facing intelligentia bankrupty and has no future or vision.
