What a coward Nitish turned out to be. I had great respect for this guy until now. I fail to understand as to why he had to plead and beg to a goon (one who has repetedly seen insulting Bihar and passing absurd & parochial comments for us) to allow him to attend a function.
But then one can expect power/media hungry "arrogant" Nitish to do so.
Only the other day he was saying that he does not need visa from anyone to go to Mumbai and now this....I wonder what pride is left in celebrating this function now. What a shame!

Permalink Reply by Manish Kumar Rai on April 15, 2012 at 2:02am Nitish Kumar has not done anything wrong to talk with Raj Thakre as a wisdom person.
His main motto is to attend the celebration event as well as speech for his Bihari people. If he would go without talking with raj thakre then also nothing was going to wrong with him because he is a VIP person. But as a leader of Bihar he has to think about Bihari people who could be victim of aggression of MNS and others parties in Mumbai after his visit.
Now Bal thakre also praised Nitish kumar and said coward to his nephew Raj. Actually, Nitish kumar doesn’t want any violence with Biaharis after finishing his visit in Mumbai.
It has been totally done cleverly ……….
I do not agree with your comment “power/media hungry "arrogant" Nitish” but yes
Nitish had played a cruel joke on Bihari.
In fact he did obtained a visa from Raj Thakeray contrary to his big mouthing that he didn’t need one.
I believe his advisor had put him in trap, People like Devish Thakur has more interest in Mumbai than concern for Bihari people Pride.
Marathi Thrashes Bihari call them Bimari and in Return Bihari is saluting them!!! wha! re new age Gandhiji
Permalink Reply by EduMan Education Fair on April 15, 2012 at 2:17am Even if this is a mistake he has done, nobody should to talk like this with disgrace against him, as this mistake doesn't discounts what he has done for Bihar which everybody else before him failed to do. If you are are a true Bihari or Indian, should appreciate politicians like him who are keeping India Shining.
Permalink Reply by upendra sah on April 15, 2012 at 9:41am One should should totally disagree with such expression about Nitish ji. He is a man to bring change and his talking to Raj brought change in Raj's attitude and one can see sri Bal Thakre appriciating nitish ji and his work. one should know even govts. have to talk to maoists leaders. Throuh talks only such persons can be integrated with the society and main stream of the nation/system. Not talking is arrogance.

Hi Neeraj,
You might have came across a proverb something like 'a dog even can bark like lion in his own house'....
Nitish kumar could have celebrated bihar diwas in Bihar only, but he is celebrating in Mumbai (in house of Raj Thackrey)...thats the greatness of our CM !!!!
Madam ji, kya aap Ninish ji ke publicity sachiv hain ?

Nitish Kumar has emerged as the only personality who has been praised by all political and media sections even those against him. The only reason why this idiot Raj is opposing is because for flaming regional/linguistic politics for the next elections.
He does have freedom to speak. But his goons translate it into physical action thrashing Biharis .

Raj Thackaray is not as anti-Bihar as most of us want to believe.
He is just against mindless migration of North-Indians to Maharashtra.
There is something called - freedom of speech.
Raj has every right to speak his mind.
Permalink Reply by Maurya on April 16, 2012 at 7:58pm Great news guys! Finally, our popular and dynamic Chief-minister Nitish Kumar was able to attend a function to celebrate Maharashtra Day in Mumbai. Thousands of biharis gathered in the ground to watch their popular leader. Nitish addressed the crowd from the stage decorated with pictures of popular personalities from MAHArashtra...what a show!
