Munna lal kedia is teli and how much a teli can think after all he will only think how to sell out his oil and if there is no electricity in bihar laloo lanten and kedia ka tel will be the solution. Kedia is teli from barbad part of bihar and he can only this because

Man, you are the most rotten Bihari ever produced in Bihar. Because of that our sacred land is so desecreteted and polluted that no power on earth has been able to develop our state. Using my talent and merit, I am a very rich businessman. I employ over two dozen keeraani like you. They salute me when they come to work n the office, they salute in the evening when office close and they go home. Go and see for yourself in my office in Patna. If you need job, you can apply and I will consider. But one condition. You must get rid of your Biahri habits These include :--

1. Looking with lust all females of young age and pass filthy comments.

2. Chewing paan and spitting on the wall and road.

3. Urinating by the roadside.

4. Defaecating sitting by the roadside.

5. Lying to everybody

6. speaking loudly in debates, not letting others to put their point of view.

7. Pocketing other people's objects whenever opportunity arrives.

8. Keeping quiet after being beaten by Non-Biharis, instead of going out with other Biharis and taking revenge.

9. Stop using skin lightening cream to become white skinned for a chance of more dowry and light skinned wife in arranged marriage.(applies to you in particular, coming from backward class, you must be so black skinned that your digital camera could not take your photo and hence, your fake profile photo)

10. Must take bath every day and not to smell horrible like your fellow Biharis.

Kahe Bidhni jaisan nachat bada , tu hoon uhe sarson ke khet me paida lele raha....aa ee tu kon opice ke baat karat bada eyaar.....khalasiyan ke ?

Salami leve me bada maza aavat baa...Badka biznass man banal bada.

Fir baad me EQUALITY,No Dowry,No Castism ke baat karab.....Dhongi.

Tohara jaisan log se Bihar bharal baa....ehi se Bihar kabhi naa sudhari jab tak tu log bada uhaan.

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Wednesday entered into a phase of long-term partnership with Bihar, as its representatives, along with that of the Centre and the Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB), signed a new tranche of loan worth $132 million in Delhi for strengthening the state's power sector.

Yeah notthing has changed during my schooldays we used to study on lalten lamp and yes lost my eyesight too.

 

Now you have generator mafia charging 150 RS for 4 hrs supply everyday for a bulb. We have electric motor and if by chance someday power comes thankfully with help of stabilizer we fill our water tank. We also pay electricity bill  for few hours of electricity in month :D

I would love to come back to bihar and start a small s/w firm with local people but i guess will have to wait for another 20-30 years as i don`t see much of change in Bihar apart from politicians who are traveling in SUV now, those days they had tata sumo.

I am totally agree to Mr.Atul Jha comment that in terms of power nothing is changed since last 60 years, although it is deteriorated, I remember between 1975 to 1985, there was minimum 8-10 hrs electricity supply, but now a days it is totally on the mercy of GOD or Mafia( of all kinds). Earlier Neta was waliking on the road, now Neta is travelling in SUV, Only political leaders have made hugh money in Bihar, no one else. Dealerships, agencies, distributorships of any product, brand or services are run by poeple associated with political parties or relatives of such leaders, all the govt. contracts go to them and cut is given to that politician since last 60 years, it was more in RJD govt.

 बिहार को विशेस राज्य की दर्जा मिले बाकि सबकुछ खुद व खुत सुधर जाएगी |बड़े-बड़े पवार प्लांट,     उद्योग ,    खुद खिचे चले आयेगें   और खेती-किसानी तो में चार चाँद लग जाएगी बशर्ते  law & order सही  होना चाहिए   पर वर्तमान में बिजली चोरी रोकना हमारी सबसे बड़ी समस्या है |

Chicken farming is not good without proper arrangement of electricity. Although these kind of work can be done by diesel engine but it will be very costly affair and not profitable.
