@Khan Mahtab - Honestly answer whether Kashmir is an integral part of India??
As per me Kashmir is crown of India and shall be forever with any sacrifice at any cost.
We in the Indian subcontinent, have ever been prosperous. No fight for survival because resources were aplenty. That is why our minds were free and healthy to develop and excel in arts and spiritualism. We knew only truth and never knew lie. We were innocent and never been crooked. As such, all these traits have been deep enshrined in our blood and psyche irrespective of our colour/cast/creed/religion/ gender. The answer to your question lies in this virtue.

Indian nation had clear consent from Raja Hari Singh for annexation like other princely states and J&K became integral part of India. A little aspirational sound from a section with a backing from across the border put spanner in the process. The only twist in the tail was A Nehru prevailed over A Patel. True to our innocent self, we arrived at some negotiation whereby there shall be a plebiscite. True to our self, this code was put in place whereby no outsider can by a land or asset in J&K. The purpose was to maintain the demography intact till the plebiscite. This is the answer to your question.

Opposed to this, what is done by 'aazadi ke sipahi' over there? They have meticulously executed ethnic cleansing of the state. Exact details are too gory and heinous to be brought into public domain. Now that the homework is done, voices of plebiscite and dissociation are ranting high.

KASHMIR IS A PART OF INDIA.WE CAN'T BUY THE LAND IN KASHMIR BECAUSE A LARGE AMOUNT OF LAND IS CAPTURED BY ILLEGAL PEOPLE AND ORGANISATION OF KASHMIRI PANDITS.THE LAW HAD MADE TO PREVENT THE LAND OF KASHMIR TO BLOCK THE ILLEGAL CIVILISATION IN KASHMIR.
Off course Kashmir is a part of India,,,,,,,, and the situation of Kashmir is a sick result of poor relationship between India-Pakistan. The corrupt system is making hell to the heaven of India.
MY DEAR NAZRE IMAM THE SICK SITUATION OF KASHMIR IS DUE TO PAKISTAN.AND SOME INDIA ALSO IN INDIANS THE FORMER GREAT POLITICSTION ARE MORE RESPONSIBLE WHO DON'T JUSTIFIED WITH THE KSHMIR.

Country and leaders are as good as the citizens. Each one of us equally shares the onus to be sensible to the issues. We are supposed to be aware of the repercussions of how and what is said, written or posted in public domain.
So what if the family was ahead in time by a century? Feelings be best kept out of debate.

Regards.

Situation is not created by jawaharlal nehru acually it was made by our Bapu means mr."Mahatma Gandhi" problem related to the Hindu and Muslim dispute is created by the Bapu due to love with Nehru.
@ Khan ji, J&K is integral part of India and one one can make fuss in that region, is pride of India, due to our past political vision we are at the cross road of this kind of discussion which does not serve any purpose. It is become headach, several timies I commented on TOI regarding this issue or concerning one that 'Article 370' must be abolished intoto and call to real estate companies for greater development in that region but due to appeasement politics at centre and state things are not moving and our neibour is creating fuss in that region.
where is the cofusion? not only kashmir even pakistan, bangladesh, myanmar sikkim, bhutan ,tibbet & even some parts of southern china are integral part of india as bihar,u.p. m.p. maharashtra, gujrat &others.wait !i ts just time factor.
what are you stating sir? Is it possible in kalyuga? I think it will never possible in future,it is only a dream,we can call it "Mungeri lal ke hasin sapne".

SORRY FOR HURTING YOU.YOU MAY FORGIVE I THINK SO AFTER ANALTSING THE SITUATION..........

SORRY FOR DISTURBING YOU........................
I don't agree wid ur ways of reaching at the solution, its similar to wat raj thakrey wud wish to do to north Indians in MAH. Moreover, doing all this in democracy is not possible.

first filter out all the people in Kashmir with Pakistani background, supporters of Azad Kashmir and separatist. Divide them into groups and send one group to one India state and let the people bash them so the extent they will remain alive but in useless condition for life. No dialogue, no peace meeting, no cricket, no gaana nachana, because unless these useless are forcefully paralysed normalcy will never return to Kashmir.
