Its not about being a chamcha but being practical. Do we really have any choices.

Some people enjoy using words like "chamcha" to insult others when they run  short of argument. I still believe Bihar, under the CMship of Nitish Babu, has a great, bright future. However, he alone cannot change things or the rot that we all see around. First we, individually, must change our mindset. Is it Government's job alone to keep places of tourist interests clean? What's about our responsibilities? What about the thugs and cheats that operate with impunity around Nalanda, Rajgir and other places? Should we not also regulate and keep an eye on roadside vendors, hawkers and pedlars? Many of them are engaged in shady, unhealthy activities that do not encourage repeat visitors/ tourists. Why not have a regional office tourism promotion board in every tourist area? Bihar in fact needs a very proactive, hardworking Tourism Promotion Authority. The State has competencies; one has only to give them the chance to show what they are worth.
