Shashi ji, that is not surprising for us that Gujarat has 50 thousands Crores + to spend for 2012-13, whereas Bihar has budget for 28 thousands crores +, budget depends on source of money/income and its total justified spending(investment). Gujarat has many source to get that money or more whereas Bihar has limilted source of income/finance, on the top of that Bihar is not supported by Centre as a result the speed of development is slow. Eventhough Bihar can get finance from many other sources if political will exists with Bihari politicians.................

 I very much agree with your points RAJESH K. PATHAK jii . but why i am sharing this all news of Gujrat so as people shouldn't get contend with their recent success stories..more over i want to give an overview of what's going in other parts of india........ if we are growing at faster pace more still needs to be done..if govt official sees this link or photo or gujrat it will create some sort of discussion in bihar govt.......

U know i have posted this link / discussion on youbihar on 24th feb .it's been more than 48 hrs..only single comment.being a marketing guy i cannot market my product......and you have must have seen more than 70 comments on say anything in 3 words all were rubbish just time pass.instead of challenging each other's knowledge just passing time on YB..
