I have always had a huge and highly potential figure of Bihar.I had and shall always wish to stay and work in bihar.from schooling to till date,I think i came across 1000 students and around 500 are there whom I know.I was the first one to move outside bihar for higher studies.Today when i look back,I see that I am the only one who has come back to work in Bihar.To be honest,"our young brains dont want to come back.One friend of mine just asked...Do we really have exposure and exciting life at this age in Patna.I had very few answers.I truely believe that some one has to lead with the torch,are we doing any thing on ground reality to bring back or attract our young brains.Bihar has the maxm no of students leaving thier state for higher studies.more the 50 % students in boarding school are from BiHAR..WHY IS IT SO?

There is no doubt that we talk to much about Bihar and do nothing. Most of the brains want to leave Bihar as there are no opportunities. Here is an article why Biharis are leaving Bihar.

Thanx Shalu for replying...I understand this political scenario...and to be honest,the politicians will remain the same,we cannot expect then to do much until and unless we take a step ahead.What about these Office heads and IAS,I think if we all together one by one talk to an IAS and make him understand about their social responsibility.I feel somewhere down the line,in their busy schedule,have forgotten a few things...

Dear Rajmani, i agree with your thoughts. But think that why the peoples is migrating from Bihar and not coming back. There is a lot of reasons for this. first is, once a person who qualify the MBBS, Engineering, CA or other exams has a high level of thoughts and wants immediate employment. whether our government is trying to provide jobs to these candidates. Second, any student who is coming outside bihar for further study have to incurred at least Rs. 100000.00 per annum for fooding and lodging other the fees and books. if our government is unable to provide jobs to these students than what the students will do. they get the jobs outside bihar and move from one place to another. Third, the bihar peoples is very loyal towards the employer, they shall think for jobs but not for business. fourth bihari people never wants to take risk, hence they never leave employment and never come back unless until they retire for job. Fifth, in Bihar only NGOs are working not business man is working. we know that 80 percent of the fund are distributed among the higher authority and NGO trustee.
