Therefore, it is no surprise that Bihar sends a large numbers of IAS officers to cater for the administrative needs of great India.

Not to forget Ramvriksha Benipuri and Acharya Shivpujan Sahay. These two literary masters played a pivotal role in Hindi Literature. Ramvriksha Benipuri spent eight years in prison fighting for India's independence, while Acharya Shivpujan Sahay was awarded Padma Bhushan Award. He also edited Dr. Rajendra Prasad's Atmakatha.
And well, Priyanka Chopra herself was born in Jamshedpur, which at that time, was a part of Bihar.
