Bharat me police department ki tarah Detective department bane to bahot acha hoga yani IPS/DSP/DGP ki tarah IDS/DSD/DGD bane Indian detective service officer / District supritendent of detectives /Director genrol of Detectives.Jo ki police judiciary and army k liye kam kare aur sena (Army) ki tarah politics se dur aur disciplined rahe.Isse ye fayda hoga ki Atankvadiyo aur Apradhiyo ki shamat aa jaegi aur desh ki khufiya (inteligence) extremely majboot ho jaega har village city town forest tak ek majboot khufiya tantra kam karega.Atankvadiyo ki to jade hi ukhad jaengi.Hamlogo ne itihas padha hai usme kis tarah se chanakya ne intelligence ki badaulat ladai jiti thi.Detective Department khada hone se ek nai hazar fayde honge aur society peacefull banega ishke sath police par burdan adha ho jaega to hai na idea majedar ?. I am quite optimistic doct sahab i also consider imroving intenlligence is not a lokpal bill to capture corrupts.It is fruitful useful and inevitable because this is question of security of the nation.We cant compromise with our social integrity and sovereignity any how.Dangers growing day by day hidden enemies exist inside the country or outside.Day by day Terrorist and criminals going to be more hi tech and cleverer while police have no proper facilities comparision to them.I think india has more numbers of enemies and to fight with them we require strong intelligence.Our great government can take some intiatives regarding this because Bihar shows the right way to the country.

Bharat me terrorists ki sankhya badh gai hai aur apradhi chalu ho gae.Intelligence body ki jarurat hai alag se kyuki mafia atankvadi aur apradhi smart hote ja rahe hai.

First of all thanks for commenting here.I have already mentioned above it should be like disciplined body same as army and free from politics.I will bombard on terrorist / criminals desires.Somebody have started severing with fear ha ha (In terrorist ki to ab pungi bajegi)
