Crime and criminals all around no body is safe unless.........

Some one along with his friends rapes a girl for a month,she commits suicide,she dies and becomes past.And we the great people of our nation not even give 1 minute and talk a lot about development.Development my foot,who needs such development where a sister,a daughter,a friend,a wife,a mother is raped not by animals or by an enemy but by our own people whom we trust a lot ,on whom we depend a lot.For this also only government is responsible,no for this u ,me and we the people of democratic India is responsible. My tears rolled down and i felt very sorry coz somewhere we r also responsible for the death or sufferings of such victims.We r just looking out for development,employment oppurtunity good life style.Friends i need a helping hand who will join me to stop such hinious crime from our society.I am not asking to make a gang or something like that,but atleast one should not just let such happening to be a show.

Bihar is as safe or unsafe any part of India. More chances to get murdered in Kashmir or mugged in Delhi.

Of late, people have started learning to train their minds in line with whites and borrow their perceptions of threat that is more in their minds than on ground.
Many whites abstain from visiting our country while their compatriots merrily visit and enjoy their sojourn.
Now, the neo whites would toss the question of providence and ignorance. Anyway, its matter that is very personal. No further comments.

This situation was there for 15years when RJD was in power, now things are changing still lots of things to improve upon in terms of administration, safety & security. Bihar has such situation because of poverty, illiteracy and bad governance;presence of these things create a feeling of insecurity everywhere not only in Bihar, nothing new in this. Bihar need economic empowerement and that will happen when funds will be available for development and its proper utilization with accountability.

there is no hope for justice in this nation. Beaurocrats (specially Police), Investigation agencies, Judicial system, Leaders have made this nation shamefull. Finally we people are also responsible. For leaders we have a right to change them if we unite and start condemning wrong doing leaders. But how may we punish beaurocrats.
Leaders who elected on basis of capital destributed within people. What should we expect with that leaders. Candidates are begging their chance of govt revenue robery not begging votes for social welfare. For your kind information i would like to say here that i have heard a lot of cases of money destribution within voters in this election. they had tried to reach amount in the voters hand directly. i have also heard that too many votes taken amount fron two or more candidates saying" Panch sal se to lut hi rahe hai is bar hum hi unko lut lenge to kya ghat jayega." just you cant imagine monbey power in election. i feel very sad. How can we change this system and nation where people are ready to get robbed.

U r right.But we r helpless ,it is generall tendency of human to rum behind money.our system is made in such a way,These so called big and powerful people have made all such things in society for their own benifit.U might have seen ur own relative or even ur blood relation will ditch u for money.So u tell me how to handle this.Money has become power,infact money is God so everybody is earning money for power only few people realise the importance of life and earn just enough to feed their family which is good actually for all.But people have left life very far away somewhere on the journey of blind blief which all of us call sucess.It is not bad to earn money why the hell one should harm other.no one is stopping u but atleast dont push others down.So lets live and let others also live happily.

Mohit ji,

Punishment is one thing,but my concern is why people keep mum,why dont they stop any such crime when they witness such thing.just 2 man comes and loots bank,1 single man assault a girl in the middle of thosand people.few people loots train in the presence of so many member.and many more such things happens in our daily life.If people starts coming together then who the hell can dare to pick even a needle.So lets stand against crime or corruption always.Only the slogan of government is not enough as we treat our own blood we must treat all with equall respect and equall status then see the difference.

Few people here suggested ways to punish rapist in many ways varying from Taliban style to others. Sorry but i think those rapist deserves more than that. I think for rapists a separate torture prison should be established, i don't know many torture technique,u ppl can deal about it but one technique is must.

Such rapists should spend their life time with at least 5-10 gays or homos,i believe rest will be taken care of.

Bihar is not new to criminal activities, during the 15 years of jungle rule there had been a total collapse in law and order. Kidnapping for ransom has become a cottage industry.

Dont mind but u r always drawing ur attention towards lalu raj.We all know there were no law and order during his rule.But he was not only responsible for all those misery.Do u mean only because of that 15 yrs bihar become underdeveloped from a developed state.It was never developed and if situation was so worse then how come u,me and many of us were safe.u probably dont know anything apart from kidnapping and ransome.There were 'n' no. of factors before lalu raj which was and will always be the reason behind our misery.The nithish u r praising today was once active member of lalu.why u r forgetting that.Crime and criminals will be always there unless we do something.lalu did all those because we did not opposed him then,and nithish could not do such things because we the youth are active and more strong now.So which ever government comes in power there will be development for sure.We bihar are not the same fool now.

Dear, I truly support your contention. It will be a criminal government whichever party or coalition comes to power. Actully, citing these percentages has no meaning because these are reflection of the very society they come from. Little extrapolate your premise and you find the entire society with petty clumsy criminal background. Then the way out is to bring well meaning white collars from outside Bihar and please honour us by accepting to rule us. Lets keep the House of Commons (legislative assembly here) in abeyance. Make the House of Lords (legislative council here) enshrined with all the powers to rule. You will be heading such an endevour for us. Is this a befitting prescription for Bihar, fetish on all that is wrong?
