In ancient time Brahmins created or helped to create and upkept all Vedas, Puranas, Upanishads and other religious books and imparted lessions out of those, so that people could benefits from those books by applying in their day-to-day life, they have been assisting kings in their daily work for welfare and administration of state or region. They have been guiding kings or rulers at the time of foreign invasion/attack on India to resists or win over enemy. As physician(baidh) they have been treating all the public irrespective of their verna or caste and curing them. As priest they have been performing pujas at temple for the welfare of general public. As guru or guide they have been advising families of all the class and making strategies to counter all sorts of problems. As teacher they have been teaching all the class irrespective of their verna and giving them education as per their profession. As astrologer they have been advising all the classes to make their present and future better. As Courtiers/Mnister they have been advising kings/rulers in their state affairs. As well wishers they have been wishing good luck to the people and the society at all the time. As family member they have been associated with all the classes of society to perform  ritual or religious work without much expectation. As liasoner they have been connected between grooms family and bride family and making the alliance possible between them. As medicine maker they have been manufacturing medicines for the welfare of the general public. Then why to curse them?
