It is possible, Bihar was a model state just after Independence but lost its way. But if things goes well, Bihar can do it again.

Quite right. problem with us that we love to live in romanticism of past, this is escapism.

And even if it was, why live in past ? Let us talk about present, for it is present that matters, not past. Past is gone, forgotten. It is like a poor descendent of rich zamindaar, showing the rusty old chain to those who would care to listen that his purvaz had haathi (elephant).

It is a known fact that just after independence Bihar was a progressive state but soon after it declined. Its not living in the past, its called reflecting upon the past.

Harping on past events is not "reflecting upon" past...simply musing over past does not help.But analysing why we did great if we really did or why we could not do so great, where we lost our way is " reflecting upon" past.

Yes it is. Reflecting or musing, its one of the same thing, its still remembering, you can call it what ever you want but cannot run, hide or brush it aside.

Can anyone tell us how  Bihar can become a model state ?

Are the coming 5 years enough to make Bihar a role model state ?

Can Bihar achieve 75% literacy in the coming 5 years ?

Can the present laid roads in the village and town sustain one monsoon ?

How can one say Nitish Ji is going to CM for next 5 years ?

Can in the coming five years is there chances of 25 new Engingeering & Medical colleges under construction or likely to function ?

Can we expect at least 10 big industries worth 1500-2000 crore investment willing to investment in Bihar?

Do we have any plan to boost up the BPO industry in Patna ?

Do we have any other city in Bihar except Patna where IT industry can invest ?

I hope the Nitish government spokesperson on this website will certainly provide me link from I can get the information.
