We didn't even have roads nor security in the previous regime.

There is good development. 10 years ago I had no hope of job or business... now I haev my own business and lots of people haev money to buy my dairy products. sorry to say but there is good development in Bihar. I have seen many people rise in 5 years including my self.. only thanks to great nitish kumar to make my life sucess. thank you sir ji.

I think you are right on this Neeraj ji. I have also seen some progress and many have started businesses that have taken off nicely.

Bihar is still poor. There are many poor people. But Orrisa is even poorer. This is a political statement to dishonour the Biharis.

People have made progress in their lives in the past too in Bihar as they are doing now. The question is what means they are using.

General perception - Corruption is the most common means to make progress in Bihar.

But corruption is everywhere. no matter where you go in India. so perception is that Bihar is bad and the rest of India is developing.
