Bihar is the poorest state in the country, reveals data released by the Planning Commission... If Bihar has grown @ 10% per year then why 53.5% people are still under poverty line. Where has the money gone? Any ideas..

I have seen many people rise in 5 years including my self.. only thanks to great nitish kumar to make my life sucess. thank you sir ji.

General perception - Corruption is the most common means to make progress in Bihar.
