Absolutely wrong, We might have done our share of mistakes,But bihar has always received a step-motherly treatment from center.We have paid the price for raising voice against the congressi govt' in 1977.Former president Dr. kalam asked to prepare 4 reports on Bihar, one of them was centric planned inequality. What step- motherly treatment has to with development? If centre treats Bihar step motherly then why not our inefficient netas raised voice against it?Why they remained in slumber? Because they were either hand in glove with them or they did not care a fig.

Bihar ke vikash na hone ki bat ki jaye to bahut sare fact hai jinpar vichar karne ki jarurat hai
Bihar me 40 yr congress ki sarkar rahi 1967 tak Bihar India katop 10 state me raha,1990 tak aate2 undovlelop state ka darja diya jane laga ,gaur karne wali bat ye h ki is period me mostly time congress ki sarkar central me v thi.J.Mishra(former C.M) v ghotale me fase, fir aaya laloo ka period jise hm kah sakte h ki ye yug bihar ke itihas me black era ke nam se prasidh hoga,ye period v central me congress ki sarkar thi,pir aaya central me NDA ki sarkar (1998-2004) jisne bihar ko kahi ka nhi chora,.2000 me Bihar ka partition karke bihar ko hamesha piche rahne ka prabandh kar diya.ye Bihar stete ka partition n ho karke aisa lagta h ki industrial and unindustrial area ka partition tha.visesh rajya ka darja v nhi diya gaya,ustime cabinet me shamil Mr Farnadij, Mr Nitish kr.,Ramvilash paswan, Mr Sharad Yadav, v vishesh rajya ka darja dilwane me nakamyab rahe.kya Nitish ji is bat ka jawab de sakte hain ki kis majburi me bihar ko ye darja nhi diya gaya,ya aapne ye manga hi nhi Atal ji se,kyonki us waqt aap bihar me opposit party me the,

ye to hui political view,ab aate h social factor par, Bihar me landunequability ki samasya raha h,jise koi v sarkar seriously solve karne ki kosis nhi kiya h,(2)hm jatpat me jyada vishwas karte h,jiskarn legislative ya general election me castism se prerit ho kar vote karte h jisse hm aache logo ko assembly me nhi bhej pate h (3)hm jante h ki jaisa samaj hota h waisa hi neta hota h, hm sabhi me dosh h tabhi to waha jo v neta jata h unme 90% dagi ho jata h, phir v agle election me wo jeet jata h,hmlog v dagio ko hi vote dene me proud feel karte h, mai aalogo ko makhdumpur ke present mla ki bat batata hu wo apne 40 yr ki political career me kavi v ak vidhan sabha se dobara election fight nhi karte h harbar nye jagah se fight karte h,area me vikash nhi karte h pir v jeet jate h,iska karan kya h?

Bihar me vikas na hone ke piche sirf rajad suprimo lalu prasad yadav ka haath hai.ye to sari duniya janti hai agar 25%bhi kharcha karta to kuch bihar badlta,lekin 15saal me kuch kiya hi nahi.
