I have met many people at the top positions in various sectors whose parents belonged to other states but person born in Bihar, these people have great joy being called as Bihar. They are proud and like other Biharis,They also have feelings to do something for the sake of Bihar and Bihari. I am sure if he get an opportunity to help or do work in development of Bihar, he would be happy to do so.
