Bihar and Industry

I born in a small village in Purnea, Bihar. My father was a labour at Delhi. Therefore i studied in Delhi at Jamia Millia Islamia University. AT present I am working at Jamia Millia Islamia University and also working as Chartered Accountant. I join this portal, not to share the famous places of our bihar. but we must have a concern about how to remove the poverty from our native place. During my ten years of working experience, i realized that bihar is a good palce for business man but they dont agree to do business there. you know why? because there are no safety of personnel, high leadership among local people, bribery at every stages in government departments and so on. rest of the points shall be discussed among us ..................

You are absolutely right on this issue. But pride is also important as its part of our heritage secondly once pride is ingrained then issues of development should also follow. But you are right, social deprivation and the rest should come first.

Shalu, i agree with you that whatever we got from our ancestral we should show to others. However at present, we should think that how we may give growth to our bihar people. if you are working, then you may understand that what type of lobby is within the South Indian peoples, western indian peoples. they give perference only those person who are from their region. hence we should request from the people of bihar, who is working at good positions in the organization,should come forward to offer the jobs to competent peoples in their organizations. further the person who is from bihar origin should made the group of professional and experts to commence the business in bihar at small level, initially.
