This is in reply to your comment on my Discussion post, Thanks This is was the main object of bringing this fact in order .now my event is pland after keeping all in mind no dought witout education noting can be achieved Though our moto is promotion of art and culture but in this age you can not promote anythintg without proper education the hunt we are going to have is carrier based you will come to know after we launch the same behind the event you will find we are going to promote education too As i know we people of bihar are behind due to lack of education though number of I A S bihar has more than any state of our country.

My intention is not to discourage anybody of Bhojpuria Samaj. If you watch bihane-bihane on Mahua Channel you will find a lot of bhojpuria singers in the age of 11 to 18 even young too - you may think this is talent to some extent I agree but upto one stage their voices is liked by everybody because of childish accent but what will happen once they growup and tommorow suddenly they are out of limelight they will be disastor because you donot know when money and fame come & go but only education stays with the person in all odds & even. So, I would give priority to education because one educated can educate an entire village but a actor or an actress may make a good impact or negative impact on the society. Encourage art & culture which is good but put some minimum eligibilty criteria for that. You may be having different thinking but this way I want to see my bhojpuria samaj Educate,Culture,successful but with a true bhojpuria successful at every stride they take. Regarding search for Bhojpuria talent it is a purely commercial based activity you earn money from Sponsors, viewers, etc., and finally what does the finalist get I think it is peanuts one in every 100000 is successful. Why not if people who really concerned about Bhojpuria concentrate on improving Education,Health and Sanitation in Bihar or UP.
