Abolishing caste, creed, religion is like doing cosmetic surgery. These epithets are so enshrined in us, it would take as much time and effort to annihilate them as it has taken to make roots in the way we look at things and into our lives. So it would be absurd to think of uprooting it in one jolt.

The way out is education. And you are a prime example of this education in that you are in all awareness willing to think beyond cast, creed and religion. And this education is not about how well informed and how highly certified we can be; but its about learning to have civilised takes on life.

Therefore, the more we educate our populace, the more we will be nearing to live your call.

These things are kept alive for sake of politics. If religion and caste are removed then how can our lovely politicians use them for vote bank.

Not only in Bihar the caste system is more rigid and beyond imagination in other states of India but Bihar is only blamed for carrying caste to larger extent.

We should accept one reality if you are rich and powerful no dares to point you but if you are underpriviledged anyone can point at you this is the fate of Bihar.

hahahhhahaha! What a sympathetic comments from all, UNDERPRIVILEDGED, DOWN TRODEN, DALITS, RESERVED CATEGOIES  and what not..........ahhahahahhahahhaha! Perhaps these commentators are not in touch with local people as mentioned above or they do not visit to those places where these so called people stay or are concentrated........ Mujhe yaad hai ki kuchh saal (3-4 years) pahle mai Bihar ke gaon me tha aur maine apne ek ladke ko hath uper karke bulaya 'hene awa ho!' he tunred back fast and pointing finger on me said 'tu hath ghuma ke kahe bulawat bade ho!' 'tu ka samjhat bade apna ke pahile ke jamana naikhe!' 'Aissan agila bar maat bulayee na ta maar ho jai!'. 'Tohra brahmin bhaila so kuchhu na hoi' Ab agda jati log hamni ke A...aur L... par hath rakhi log!. I got stunned seeing his attitude and behaviour although I kew him since many years as he and his father were sometimes working for us in past on daily basis. I realised a big difference of change in attitude which was utterly based on revenge or thinking bad about upper caste people. In last 25 years relation between so called upper caste and lower caste are totally changed in Bihar. Behaviourah change is due to unhealthy politics and policy of govt.!
