Is there any changes in Bihar rural area after after changing the chief minister. why all the student and people migrate from bihar to other state for their vast future. whats the reason for their migration, lack of infrastructure, lack of studying environment or the lack of the way of development by the bihar govt.

We all know very well its take longer time to build something but very shorter time to destroy same thing.
For 15 years political leadership in connivance with Buruecrat looted and destroyed very civil system of governance in the name of uplifting poors though figures tell number of poor are increasing rich are getting richer poors poorer.
It will take a generation to built a state again and see tangible results there is no quick fix or magic wand in hand of prersent regime.Things are more difficult because of people apathy they have accepted present state of affair as their fate,secondly a very non-cooperative govt look at federal investment/projects/pending railway project/pending coal linkage requests/shrinking highways and so and so.
Only way forward is to elect a sensible political class who have some characters/visions/knowledge in economics/governance otherwise we will continue to suffer.
