Hello Friend's my name is VIKASH SINGH. I am from Chapra District. I am doing my MCA from Indore MP.
As we all know that our state (Bihar) is very poor state but Mr. Nitish Kumar done his job very well and hope in coming days they will done much better. As we all visiting our nearest market and we saw there so many dirty things, dirty place. Meat shop is behind book store, barber shop is very near to any hotel and many more. We facing every day so many problems with this arrangment . So I am requesting to all social workers create a commitee and send your list t Mr. CM and give them your ideas about clean your local market. If CM gives you any chance then clean your market.

Thanks for starting this discussion. It tells a lot about your love for your local community and state. I admire this passion. I also think you have tried in your ways to highlight the "lack of planning in town centres and markets" which are not specific just to Chapra but almost every city/town in Bihar.
My view on this is, we cannot go to the CM for every issue. For these kinds of issues, we should reach out to the local government/municipal corporation and only if we don't get a good response should we escalate or go to the CM.However, should you chose to write to CM here is how you could do it -
Go to this website - http://gov.bih.nic.in. There is a section in there "Write to CM". Make sure you follow up with your query until you get a reasonable response.

I would like to inform you that I have no problem with poor people or Barber Or Kasai or any other. I am also a poor man. I just want to place them at his ideal place. Means Barber's shop will not placed at near any hotel. Or any KIRANA Store. Any Chiken or Mutton Shop will be placed at any book store. In one sentence I want to see my marked beautiful or in a perfect way. Sir I dont want to heart any one. If you feel something bad then I am very sorry. Sir Please send me your views about this topic.

Mr. Vikash ji, do you require market planning like London? Where is the problem if there is a meat shop behind a book store or if there is a Billu Barber giving you a beautiful hair cut beside a hotel? Why you have so much problems with Billu or kasai type people? Why we are having problems with poor peoples and not with rich like hoteliers? just removing poor people doing trade in the center of the market will solve all your problems? Where they will go..... Maharashtra ... to earn their livelihood?

Permalink Reply by VIKASH SINGH on November 28, 2011 at 4:57pm Yes dam agree with u sir, that's why I am talking about my nearest market that is not situated in a metro city. We can change because our market has so many place where we can managed them. Sir Mujhe ye batate hue bahut khusi ho rahi hai ki hamne apne middle market se Meat shop ko alag kar diya hai Jisse public ke sath sath wo log bhi bahut khus hai...
And now we are trying to manage our barber's and I am sure they will do this. We don't want to see our market like KOLKATA'S market. We don't want to change everything, just want to see all things in a managed way.

Aap ki english agar poor hai to hum bhi koi England return nahi hai vikash Kumar ji. Bihar ki to baat hi na karo there is no market planning in Delhi too. I am giving you a good example of Kolkata. When ever you find your self landed in Kolkata try to visit the south part of it. There is a famous Tipu sultan mosque on Desh Pran Sashmal Road at the crossing of price Anwar Shah Road. Just opposite of this historic mosque there is a small mosque and a temple side by side on the middle of the road. You will find a meat shop first then a mosque and then a barber shop and then a shiv temple and a sulabh souchalaya at the last. all attached. What a unique combination. This structure is there from last more than hundred years.
If there is a barber shop beside a hotel in your town where is the problem? Just tell me how you are getting effected by it? If there is a garbage problem in the middle of your town then contact your near municipal body. they are going to clean it up.
