I found the site while searching for people who have talked the lack of sanitation and hygiene, WaterAid and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. It illustrates how the lack of sanitation and toilets are affecting everyone around the world and what Bill Gates is doing about.

I actually don't understand what this is all about. Is it about promoting sanitary awareness or is it promotion of type of toilets.

Whenever I am in Khagaul, I prefer my LOTA and squat to defaecate, it is bliss. to sit in open land in open air and defaecate.
